Travel / Mileage Policy

We proudly serve clients within a 30-mile round trip of our base. For locations beyond this area, a $1.25 per mile travel fee applies for every mile over 30. This ensures we can continue delivering the same high-quality, professional detailing service no matter where your vehicle is located.

Example: If your location is 40 miles round trip from our base, a $12.50 travel fee will be added to your appointment.

Do you bring your own water and electricity?

Absolutely. Pro Touch Detailing is fully mobile — we bring our own water, electricity, and all the professional-grade equipment needed to complete your detail anywhere, no hookups required.

What do I need to provide for the appointment?

Nothing at all! Just make sure your vehicle is accessible, parked in a reasonably safe spot (driveway or quiet street is best), and all personal belongings are removed. We’ll handle the rest.

Do you accept credit cards or American Express?

Yes - Pro Touch Detailing accepts cash, debit, and credit cards and American Express for your convenience. Please note, all card transactions will include a 3.5% Administrative Fee to cover processing costs. This fee does not apply to cash payments.
